Any person accessing the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) acknowledges and accepts the full Terms of Use described below (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). Solky reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Access to any page of the Website constitutes proof of having read and accepted the Terms. Each subsequent access to the Website implies the reading and acceptance of the Terms.

Purchasing

The User is informed that Solky products, whether physical (e.g., canned goods) or non-physical (e.g., experiences), can be acquired only upon full payment and full acceptance of the Website's Terms of Use. It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine whether and which product is suitable for their needs.

The User acknowledges that purchases are prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. Solky assumes no responsibility for any violation of this prohibition.

The User acknowledges that a registration procedure is required to make a purchase. Registration is free and voluntary, but failing to complete it will prevent access to the Website’s services.

The User understands that product availability during the purchase process is to be considered indicative and non-binding. Simultaneous activity by other users may affect actual availability. There may be a delay in updating stock, especially if the product becomes unavailable while a User is completing a purchase.

Solky commits to informing Users who have placed and paid for an order (hereinafter the “Buyer”) by email or telephone in the event a product is out of stock. The Buyer may cancel the order for the unavailable product(s) and is entitled to a refund, including a full refund in the case of total cancellation.

Physical products are sold by unit, with an associated indicative average weight. According to legal provisions, this may vary by +/– 1.5% to 9% compared to the actual weight shipped, due to variations during production, seasoning, cutting, and packaging processes.

All prices on the Website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs for physical products may vary based on total product weight, order value, destination, and shipping method. The User acknowledges that Solky may change product and shipping prices at its discretion without notice. These changes do not apply to orders already in the checkout process.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard credit cards.

Shipping and Delivery

The Buyer may choose to collect products personally from Solky or have them delivered to an address provided during checkout.

Deliveries are made via express courier (hereinafter the “Courier”).

Solky commits to fulfilling orders within four business days from payment receipt, considering public holidays and safety-related restrictions.

Deliveries are available within continental EU countries, Monaco, San Marino, and Switzerland. Some perishable products can only be shipped to specific zones indicated in the online shop.

For orders under €160 (VAT included), shipping costs are €20 for deliveries in Italy and €30 for deliveries to the rest of continental EU, Monaco, San Marino, and Switzerland.

For orders of €160 or more (VAT included), delivery in Italy is free; delivery to other eligible regions costs €10.

Estimated delivery times: 3–5 days for Italy; 5–7 days for continental EU, Monaco, San Marino, and Switzerland. Actual times may vary due to logistics, disasters, or human-caused delays. Solky will notify the Buyer of shipment and estimated delivery, including updates.

Upon delivery, the Buyer must check that the packaging is intact and that the number of parcels matches the transport document.

If there is damage or tampering, the Buyer must report it immediately to the Courier by marking “Subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt.

If the Buyer is not present at delivery, the Courier will leave a notice. The Buyer agrees to contact the Courier to arrange a new delivery or collection at the Courier's location. Any extra costs due to missed delivery attempts are the Buyer's responsibility.

The Buyer understands that delayed delivery due to absence may compromise product preservation. In such cases, Solky assumes no responsibility.

Withdrawal

According to the Italian Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005), available at https://www.gazzettaufficiale.it/dettaglio/codici/consumo (as of 05/09/2024), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom or clearly personalized goods
Perishable goods or those likely to expire quickly
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery
