A light and aromatic dish, where the rich flavor of Solky bluefin tuna tarantello blends perfectly with the freshness of lemon and the scent of parsley.
Recipe - Spaghettoni with Solky Bluefin Tuna Tarantello, Lemon, and Parsley
Ingredients for two people:
180 g of spaghettoni or linguine
350 g of Solky bluefin tuna tarantello in oil
1 garlic clove
Zest of 1 unwaxed lemon, grated
Juice of half a lemon
Fresh parsley, finely chopped, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan with the crushed garlic.
Add the crumbled tarantello, lemon zest, and a bit of lemon juice. Let it gently simmer for a couple of minutes.
Drain the pasta al dente, saving a little cooking water. Toss the pasta in the pan with the sauce, adding a spoonful of the cooking water if needed to bind the flavors.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a grind of black pepper. Serve immediately.
